Milling
In our milling section, our highly qualified employees manufacture parts with complex geometries from all machinable materials, using CNC 5-axis machining centers.
Workpieces with dimensions up to 6000 x 2000 x 1700 mm can be machined.
Electrode manufacture
Take advantage of our experience and our 5-axis HSC machining centers for electrode manufacture, irrespective of whether complex geometries, freeform surfaces or finely detailed contours are required.
We can produce both complete and partial electrodes and have machinery with axis travel of up to 1000 x 800 x 500 mm.
Cavity sinking EDM
All conceivable geometric contours can be produced in our eroding section by cavity sinking. Our highly qualified employees use graphite or copper electrodes.
Our systems are capable of processing workpieces of up to 900 x 700 x 500 mm.
