Design
We support our customers right from the planning phase for a die-casting or injection molding tool. This ensures that our customers benefit from our long years of engineering expertise. In this way, the technical aspects of the mold can be considered in the design without any loss of time.
Working in close cooperation with our customers, we produce 3D tooling designs in Catia, Pro Engineer, Tebis and other systems. Our designers are supported by the relevant kinematic and thermal calculations.
We provide comprehensive technical consultancy and fast, affordable engineering. We always keep a close eye on cost optimization by ensuring advance testing of technical details in the CAD system, with simulation of moving parts.
This allows virtual tracing of expensive sources of faults, before they lead to real problems.
Programming
Our specialists handle all standard data formats of our customers (CatiaV5, Step or ProE data).
The data generated is used to produce 2.5D and 3D collision-avoiding milling programs with the standard programming tools (Tebis, Work-NC).
In conjunction with a highly developed technological process, our milling programs guarantee maximum productivity.
