How everything took shape
A. Härer GmbH is a medium-sized company with 30 employees in the field of tool and mould making. It was founded in 1958 by Alfred Härer in Schorndorf, Swabia, and moved its headquarters to Lorch-Weitmars in 1979 for reasons of expansion.
The company’s product range includes the development, manufacture and repair of pressure and injection moulds. Since 2025, the operational management has been in the hands of Christoph Härer, who is developing the company with strategic vision, empathetic leadership and consistent customer focus.
We don't just manufacture moulds.
We manufacture trust!
The family-owned company Härer has over 65 years of experience in mould and tool making, which is also used by premium car manufacturers. We bring our experience as an automotive supplier to bear in our own prototype and tool making department to create tailor-made solutions for automotive, mechanical engineering and medical technology.
We call this 100% ‘Made in Germany’ innovation.
We understand moulds.
And people.
