Wire EDM

The use of wire EDM in mold making allows extremely complicated geometric shapes to be achieved on contoured parts. Depending on the application, wire EDM using spark erosion can offer a more affordable alternative to milling, e.g. for parts which are difficult to clamp or where deep, narrow breakthroughs are required.

For complex molds, difficult machining situations and hardened steel, our company has the equipment capable of wire EDM of workpieces with dimensions of up to 700 x 400 x 400 mm.
